Dairy Queen locations in Aylmer and St. Thomas are giving customers a sweet way to support local children today, as Miracle Treat Day returns for its 24th year.
Every Blizzard Treat sold at participating DQ locations today, August 13, will help support Children’s Health Foundation, with net proceeds staying local to support children receiving care at Children’s Hospital at London Health Sciences Centre.
Last year, DQ locations across the region raised more than $118,000 through the one-day fundraiser.
Miracle Treat Day is part of DQ’s long-standing partnership with Children’s Miracle Network. Across Canada, DQ has raised more than $58 million through Miracle Treat Day and other fundraising efforts, supporting specialized equipment, medical research, innovative treatments, and child-focused spaces.
For local families, it’s a chance to enjoy a Blizzard while helping make a difference for children and families receiving care in the region.
