Two city residents have been arrested following an investigation Wednesday by St. Thomas Police.
While dealing with the individuals on an unrelated matter, the pair intentionally obstructed officers and failed to cooperate in the investigation.
As a result, a 30-year-old woman was charged with obstruction of a peace officer.
A-40 year-old man faces the same charge.
