Today: Barrie Family Hospice of Elgin is hosting grief-focused yoga and meditation classes beginning September 8th. Join us for a gentle, relaxing practice that offers a space for caregivers and those experiencing grief and loss to pause, reconnect, and care for themselves. All classes are free of charge.
