Public skating is back at the Joe Thornton Community Centre, giving St. Thomas residents another way to get out and active this fall.
The City of St. Thomas’ Public Skate program runs Sundays from 1:15 to 2:35 p.m., with dates continuing through April 4, 2027.
Admission is $5 per skater, or $15 for a family of up to five people. Children 12 and under are required to wear a CSA-approved helmet, and face cages are strongly recommended.
There are several blackout dates throughout the season when Public Skate will not be offered: October 18, November 22, December 6, January 3 and 24, and February 21.
Dates are subject to change, so residents are encouraged to check the City’s website before heading to the rink.
You are reminded that skate rentals are not available in St. Thomas.
