We’re coming down to the wire as the deadline for our myFM Spirit Awards voting quickly approaches.
You have until this Sunday, October 18th, at midnight to get your votes in and help us award the winners in our 50 categories this year.
myFM’s Kennedy Freeman, who will return as host for the 2026 Spirit Awards presented by Gastech Solutions Inc., shares how blown away she’s been by the community engagement so far.
Once voting closes this weekend, your work is essentially done! Freeman breaks down what the next steps are before the big awards ceremony on November 6th.
This night isn’t just for the nominees, stressed Freeman, as we invite all members of the community to join us in celebrating local businesses, organizations, residents, and even some unique local destinations across St. Thomas and Elgin County.
A cash bar will also be open during the awards ceremony, thanks to the amazing team at the St. Thomas Seniors Centre.
