St. Thomas police are investigating a fail-to-remain collision involving a motorcycle and pickup truck.
Officers were called to the area of Edward and Manitoba Streets just before 10 p.m. Tuesday, where a westbound motorcycle crashed and slid into a pickup truck travelling north on Manitoba Street.
The motorcycle rider left the scene on foot before officers arrived and has not yet been identified. The rider was last seen heading west on Barwick Street, wearing a motorcycle helmet and black leather jacket.
Police say the pickup truck sustained minor damage, while the motorcycle was significantly damaged and had to be towed.
The investigation remains ongoing.
