A 22-year-old St. Thomas woman has been arrested following the report of disturbance early Friday morning at a Talbot Street parking lot.
Police were called to the 300 block to investigate the report of an assault.
Through investigation officers learned a victim had been pepper-sprayed during an argument with an individual known to them. A second victim reported having the tires of their vehicle slashed by the same individual.
The woman was charged with disobeying a court order, assault with a weapon and mischief.
