A motorist is facing several charges following a traffic stop in St. Thomas.
Police say they stopped a white Chevrolet after an MTO query showed its licence plate was registered to a black Honda.
The driver was unable to provide proof of ownership or insurance, and a further check showed they were prohibited from driving.
The driver was issued a court date for driving without insurance, driving without a permit, using plates not authorized for the vehicle, and driving while under suspension.
The vehicle was towed from the area.
