St. Thomas Police were called to a city park where a group of young people had gathered and an altercation took place.
Officers located a 17-year-old victim who required medical attention.
The 15-year-old accused was located behind a nearby building and was arrested.
The victim chose not to proceed with criminal charges, and the 15-year-old male was released to the care of his parent with no conditions.
Police advise this is his fourth arrest this year.
