Several tools and lengths of copper have been reported stolen from a building currently under construction.
Early Monday morning, officers were called to an address on Balaclava Street by employees who, when arriving to the job site, observed an unknown individual leaving the area on a bicycle, pulling a trailer with the items in it.
An estimated $8,000 in tools and materials were stolen.
St. Thomas Police are continuing their investigation.
