A St. Thomas family is continuing a holiday tradition in memory of their mother, with the annual Toys 4 Trish fundraiser returning later this month.
Siblings Margaret and Steve Bond are once again collecting new, unwrapped toys and monetary donations in support of Christmas Care St. Thomas.
The fundraiser, shared Steve, honours their late mother, Trish Bond, who volunteered with Christmas Care for many years.
The family continues the tradition each year as a way to celebrate her generosity and help local families during the holiday season.
This year’s Toys 4 Trish fundraiser takes place Saturday, November 14th, from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m., outside Yurek Pharmacy at 519 Talbot Street in St. Thomas.
All donations will go toward supporting Christmas Care St. Thomas and helping make the holidays brighter for local children.
