A 41 year old male is facing an impaired driving charge after the St. Thomas Police say he was sleeping in his vehicle in the drive-thru of a local restaurant. Officers were called to the restaurant early Saturday morning (August 17) and when they arrived, located the male awake in the vehicle.
Police say that the male failed the roadside test and then was taken to the police station for additional testing.
The male is now facing an impaired driving charge. He was released with a future court date.
