A call from a concerned citizen about a possible impaired driver on Sunday (September 1) led to the police charging a male for driving three times over the legal limit. Officers located the vehicle that the caller described and brought the driver to the police station. Police say that breath samples revealed that the male was three times over the legal limit.
The 43 year old was released with a future court date. The police are thanking the public for their information that led to an impaired driver being taken off of the streets. The police encourage you to call them if you suspect someone is driving impaired.
