The Elgin County OPP have identified the deceased driver of the fatal single vehicle ATV collision on Saturday (August 31) as 72 year-old William Bircham of Aylmer. The collision occurred occurred in Southwold Township near Lake Line around 1:30 p.m. where Bircham was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The OPP says that their investigation revealed that there were no signs of impairment or aggressive driving.
The OPP will not be laying any charges in relation to this incident.
