The annual Sparta Scarecrow Fall Festival will be taking place this weekend on both Saturday and Sunday. The event will be running from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday and from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday. The fall festival that has been taking place for years in Sparta, allows locals and guests a chance to experience all that the village has to offer. People will have a chance to check out all the local shops for sales and special promotion as well as participate in fun events happening on the main strip.
Owner of The Village Collective in Sparta, Trudy Bunde says all of the businesses in the village will be participating.
Bunde says the festival is fun for the whole family, with all activities and demonstrations being free of charge.
