The St. Thomas Downtown Development Board (DDB) will be holding their annual Pumpkin Prowl tonight from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Families will get a chance to go trick or treating down Talbot Street at 44 participating downtown businesses. The businesses span from First Ave all the way to Stanley Street. Trick or treaters will also be able to fill out a “Passport” along the way by getting it stamped at each business they stop into for a chance to win a $50 Downtown Dollar prizes.
Chair of the DDB Earl Taylor says this night of Halloween fun will also give people the opportunity to visit and learn more about the downtown.
Taylor says people are also encouraged to post photos of their kids in their costumes to their DDB Facebook page for a chance to win additional prizes of Downtown Dollars.
