The St. Thomas Police are looking for the public’s help this weekend for their annual “Stuff the Cruiser” event. The Police will be out at the Real Canadian Superstore, Walmart and Giant Tiger on Friday night from 4 p.m. – 8 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. accepting donations for Christmas Care.
They will be accepting donations of new unwrapped toys, and nonperishable food donations for their hampers.
Corporate Communications Coordinator Tanya Calvert says that they hold the event in November so the donations can be processed in time.
Calvert says that the whole police service looks forward to stuff the cruiser and that they are blown away each year with how generous the St. Thomas community is.
