The St. Thomas Seniors’ Centre is celebrating their 25 year anniversary this month. The Seniors’ Centre which was originally operated out the old Valleyview Centre has since grown into the beautiful space that many people in the community utilize.
The Seniors’ Centre currently has about 350 members who use the space for all kinds activities including exercise programs, games, cards, and crafts.
Seniors Centre President Gord Campbell says the anniversary will celebrate all past and present members of the St. Thomas Seniors’ Centre.
The Seniors’ Centre will be kicking off their yearly celebrations with a Roast Beef Dinner that is taking place on Friday (Nov 15).
The night will also feature a silent auction and entertainment courtesy of Bob Findlay. The dinner is open to the public and will begin at 5 p.m., with tickets being $15.
