Environment Canada has issued a rainfall warning for the St.Thomas area for today until Sunday morning.
Rainfall will get heavier over the course of this evening until Sunday morning.
They say that total rainfall amounts of 50 mm is possible, with 75 mms possible to fall during isolated thunderstorms tonight into early tomorrow morning.
On Sunday morning, Environment Canada is calling for strong wind gusts of up to 90 km/h particularly along the Lake Erie shoreline.
They say that localized flooding in low lying areas is possible.
