A 14-year old boy from Toronto is safe and sound after an amber alert that was filed Wednesday night around midnight.
He was found by Toronto Police early in the morning yesterday (March 5th) at an abandoned barn in Brampton, then was immediately taken to the hospital.
The boy was reported missing by his parents around 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, and was allegedly taken around 8:30 that morning.
A witness recalled seeing the boy being taken into a black Jeep Wrangler while crying out for help. An ongoing investigation suggests that the boy’s abduction was in relation to his stepbrother’s drug dealing activity.
Police allege that the teen himself had limited contact with his stepbrother. No arrests have been made in relation to the case so far.
