With events in Elgin County being postponed or canceled due to the Coronavirus pandemic, the No Kidneying Around event will take place at a later date. Although myFM informed you about the postponement of the event when it was announced, we spoke with event Founder and Organizer Candice Van Diepen to learn more about their plans going forward. She says that at this time at new date for the fundraiser has not be set.
Van Diepen says that for the people they support and many that would be in attendance at the event, it’s important that they stay clear of all sicknesses.
Van Diepen says they will look at the situation over the next few weeks and make the decision on when to reschedule the event, whether that be this summer or fall.
