In this new reality of social distancing and self-isolation, the manager of the St. Thomas Food Bank wants to assure clients it is business as normal. However, you will not be allowed inside the Talbot Street location, instead you will be given a hamper at the door. Karen McDade says you don’t necessarily have to call ahead and key information can be found on their Facebook page.
McDade stressed donations are needed now more than ever and they do not have to be food or household items.
