The St. Thomas Police are looking to speak with anyone who may have witnessed an assault that took place on Pearl Street Wednesday night.
Police say that around 10:45 p.m., a 32 year old male reports that while he was walking down the street he was struck on the head with an object from behind.
The male, who was bleeding from his head was able to make it to his friends house on Scott Street where an ambulance was called.
The STPS are actively looking to speak with anyone who lives in the area that might have a home video security system that may have recorded the attack.
Anyone who has any information in relation to the incident is asked to contact the STPS or Crime Stoppers.
