With today being Labour Day, it’s important to know what’s open and closed in St. Thomas and Elgin County.
All municipal buildings, offices, Canada Post as well as banks in both St. Thomas and Elgin County will be closed on Monday (Sept 7).
Most grocery stores in the city will be closed including Walmart, The Real Canadian Superstore, Fresco, Foodbasics, Foodland, and Metro, however Briwood Farm Market will be open on Monday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Both the LCBO and Beer Store in St. Thomas will be closed on Monday but if you really find yourself in a bind, some Beer Store locations in London will be open.
