Southwestern Public Health is reporting just a single new confirmed COVID-19 case this morning (Thursday). It is a Woodstock resident 20 to 29 years of age.
That brings to 10 the number of ongoing cases in the health unit’s coverage area with one case each in Bayham and Central Elgin, with the remainder in Woodstock.
Half of the confirmed cases involve individuals 20 to 29 years of age.
Only one of the persons has been hospitalized.
The number of resolved cases remains at 248.
