The province has launched a new COVID-19 screening tool to help assist parents, students and staff with their daily assessment of symptoms.
The Ontario government says the voluntary interactive screening tool is another layer of protection they’ve added to keep communities safe.
In their announcement, the province explained that users could respond to clinician-informed symptom and risk questions.
The tool will then immediately inform users whether it’s safe to attend school that day.
They say that the screening tool protects privacy and doesn’t collect any personal health information.
