Tomorrow morning at 11 a.m., the St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital Foundation will debut their new year long fundraising initiative.
As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, huge fundraising events such as the Foundations annual gala were canceled, with the need for donations still prominent.
The STEGH Foundation will now shift to an Online 50/50 Raffle.
Sue Warden Manager of Marketing and Communications with the STEGH Foundation says the goal still remains the same.
Warden says the raffle will be drawn each month for the next year.
She adds people are encouraged to purchase their tickets early.
Tickets will be available for purchase online at ItsOurHospital.ca beginning tomorrow.
