Southwestern Public Health this morning is reporting two new confirmed COVID-19 cases in St. Thomas with all Woodstock cases now resolved.
That brings the St. Thomas total of confirmed ongoing cases to seven.
Six of those cases involve individuals under the age of 40, with two under the age of 9.
Since the pandemic began, nine youngsters in the health unit’s coverage area under the age of nine have tested positive.
None of the current cases in the health units coverage area have required hospitalization.
The number of resolved cases is now 258.
The St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital assessment centre conducted 223 tests Tuesday.
