It’s a case of skip the dishes, where’s the booze?
A 46-year-old St. Thomas woman is charged with assault and mischief to property after roughing up a Skip the Dishes delivery person.
When the intoxicated woman could not produce photo ID for the alcohol, she was offered a refund. As the driver walked away with the alcohol, she attacked the individual, ripping a delivery bag. Hearing the disturbance, neighbours in the Chestnut Street apartment complex called police.
No injuries were reported and the woman faces an additional charge of breach of probation.
