Graduation ceremonies will be held virtually this year for two of the major local school boards.
Both the Thames Valley District and London District Catholic school boards announced the unsurprising decision in recent weeks.
The boards each ensured their ceremonies will feature professional production and parents and students will have access to the ceremony in some way upon its completion.
The two ceremonies will include pre-recorded speeches from public and board officials, valedictorians and possibly other graduates.
Grads will receive their diplomas in the mail or contactless pickup.
