A St. Thomas man was charged 3 times on Monday, beginning with an incident at a downtown soup kitchen.
Police report that around 7 a.m., 26 year old Nicholas Wall was taken into custody after he broke the window at a downtown soup kitchen but was later released on an Undertaking with court date.
Later that evening Wall was charged again after he was identified as the suspect recorded on security video damaging the door to a homeless shelter on Wellington Street.
Later that night police were called back to a disturbance outside the shelter between the same man and another guest.
Wall fled the area before police arrival but was located by Officers on Community Patrol inside an ATM vestibule on Talbot Street around 10 p.m. and was taken into custody without incident and held for a court appearance.
Wall is now charged with two counts Mischief to Property Under $5000 and one count Breach of Release Conditions.
