Apart from one minor scuffle, this morning’s Church of God drive-in service was held in compliance with all COVID-19 restrictions according to Aylmer Police. About 30 vehicles lined the roadside outside the church during the service. One of those motorists was Kyle Tomlin who says he is not opposed to the services, instead it’s about keeping town residents safe.
The PSW feels it’s important the drive-in services are conducted in compliance with all COVID-19 restrictions.
The Aylmer resident says as a PSW he finds division over the coronavirus and the need to wear masks and social distancing is taxing and frustrating.
Aylmer Police note the area around the Church of God was cleared without incident following the service.
