Following several months of investigation by multiple jurisdictions including the St. Thomas Police Service Internet Child Exploitation Unit, a 58 year old man has been charged with one count of Possession of Child Pornography.
Police say the man was arrested Tuesday evening during a traffic stop on Talbot Street where he was charged. He was taken into custody without incident and later released on an Undertaking with Court date.
They say the 58 year old was alleged to be using free Wifi from several motels in southwestern Ontario to download the images.
