Following a service that took place at the Church of God on Sunday, the Aylmer Police say they have identified 47 persons who were in violation of Emergency Orders after Pastor Henry Hildebrandt encouraged people to leave their vehicles during what started as a drive-in service.
Aylmer Police have been reviewing evidence of the Emergency Orders breach and are now in the process of serving 29, Part 1 tickets to individuals identified.
Police say an additional 18, Part 3 summons are being processed for individuals residing outside of Elgin County and for those responsible for organizing and hosting the event.
