The company has announced a ‘Connected for Life’ initiative, a pledge to keep the lights on during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Armitage says they really want to make sure customers are aware of all supports available to them.
she says the company has introduced increased account flexibility, digital solutions and improved outage communications.
Since the beginning of the pandemic, the company reports it has returned about 5-million dollars in security deposits to more than 4-thousand business customers.
