With Premier Doug Ford announcing a month-long province-wide shutdown Earl Taylor, chairman of the St. Thomas DDB, says it’s one more hurdle for small businesses to contend with. He adds at least they will be able to remain open during that period with a limited capacity.
Taylor believes the provincial government has come to terms with the fact they can’t allow these businesses to close down for good.
Taylor feels this shutdown will not negatively impact small downtown businesses as severely as the first two episodes.
