Shopping the Horton Farmers Market is a Saturday morning staple in St. Thomas, and residents will get their very first taste tomorrow at 8 a.m.
The Horton Market will open its doors for the season on Saturday from 8 a.m. to noon.
Market Manager Vicki Asher says visitors will get the chance to shop 27 local vendors opening day.
Restriction will be in place both inside and outside the market building, explains Asher.
Asher says roughly 25 people will be allowed inside the building at one time, but explains that if restriction begin to be lifted, they will make changes as appropriate.
Asher adds that this will be their first opening day since the St. Thomas Economic Development Corporation took over management, which will open up great opportunities for the market’s future.
