With the thermometer set to hit the 30°C mark on the weekend, city residents can take cool comfort knowing splash pads are now open.
This includes the facility in Pinafore Park although the playground remains under construction.
Accessible washrooms and portable toilets will be open at each location.
Masks must be worn when inside a facility and other COVID-19 restrictions must be observed including physical distancing from other families.
The pads are open daily from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
