Elgin OPP report around 9:30 p.m., the eastbound vehicle left the roadway and into a ditch, striking a tree.
Police, Malahide Fire, EMS and Ornge Air were all called to the scene.
The driver, Drew Danielle Neufeld of Aylmer, was airlifted to hospital where she later succumbed to her injuries.
Elgin OPP continue to investigate.
