Following an investigation, the London Police have charged a 37 year old Mount Brydges man in relation to the fatal motor vehicle collision that killed 26 year old Jake Epp of Aylmer.
Police say that 37 year old Mohamad Abdullatif has been charged with impaired operation of a conveyance causing death, dangerous operation of a conveyance causing death and drive motor vehicle no licence.
The accused appeared in London court yesterday in relation to the charges.
26 year old Jake Epp was killed in the crash around 7 a.m. on Col. Talbot Road, just south of Hwy. 401 on July 15th.
Epp had been transported to hospital with life-threatening injuries.
A gofundme has been established on behalf Epp’s wife Mary and their four daughters.
