The Humane Society London & Middlesex is celebrating this week as their Catch the Ace fundraiser progressive jackpot has exceeded over $225,000.
It is now week 35, with the Ace of Spades still hiding and only 18 envelopes remaining.
The weekly raffle lottery started off with 52 envelopes, each hiding one card from a standard deck of playing cards, with one lucky winner guaranteed 20% of ticket sales each week. In addition, if they find the Ace of Spades, they also win the Progressive Jackpot!
And the best part, 50% of that jackpot goes to support the Humane Society where net proceeds will help to provide care and shelter to surrendered pets in the City of London, and Counties of Elgin, Middlesex, and Oxford.
