A fatal collision late Saturday afternoon on Wilson Line east of Belmont Line involved a stolen vehicle, according to Elgin OPP.
Killed in the incident was a cyclist identified as 59-year-old Michael Smith of London.
Three people have been located, arrested and charged in relation to the incident.
It took place around 5 p.m. and resulted in the closure of Wilson Line between Belmont Road and Dorchester Road throughout the evening.
OPP are continuing with their investigation and will release updates as they become available.
