With 3 COVID-19 cases now active, an outbreak at McGregor Public School was declared by the Thames Valley District School Board over the weekend.
During the same daily report from the board, a case was also announced at Davenport Public School.
Both schools do remain open at this time, and Southwestern Public Health continues to work with close contacts to provide specific testing advice.
A single case of COVID-19 reported last week at Summers’ Corners Public School in Aylmer does still remain active.
Currently, there are 5 active cases of COVID-19 in schools across St. Thomas and Elgin, with all of them located in the town of Aylmer.
