As announced Wednesday, all eligible adults in Ontario will be able to book a COVID-19 booster shot appointment come Monday — so long as three months have passed since their second vaccine dose.
To prepare for this, the region’s medical officer of health, Dr. Joyce Lock, advises the mass immunization clinic at Memorial Arena will be ramping up capacity.
Dr. Lock adds, if you are 50 or older and have an appointment for a booster already scheduled, do not cancel in an effort to secure an earlier appointment.
At a media briefing, she was asked if there have been reports of side-effects associated with the third jab?
You can book an appointment for your booster shot or your first and second jab at http://covidvaccineLM.ca.
