Some important renewal dates are coming up early next week for Ontario drivers.
As of Monday, February 28th Ontario drivers licences and licence plate stickers that had previously expired will need to be renewed.
At the beginning of the pandemic, the provincial government stated that renewal for any identification cards that expired after March of 2020 was not necessary to help prevent public gatherings in Service Ontario locations.
You are reminded that if you have not renewed these products during the extended validity period, you will have to pay the fee for previous years, in addition to the current year fee.
Novice licence holders – class G1, G2, M1 or M2 – will have until Dec. 31, 2022 to requalify for or upgrade their novice driver’s licence.
