Following an investigation by Middlesex County OPP, a 70 year old Dutton man has been charged in a historical sexual assault case.
Timothy Quinlan, faces four counts of sexual assault, two counts of sexual interference and Invitation to sexual touching under 16 years of age under the Criminal Code of Canada.
The accused was released from police custody and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice at a future date.
The assaults reported occurred during the 1990’s across Southwest Middlesex, Elgin County and the City of London, with police believing there may be additional victims.
