A Saturday morning staple in St. Thomas returns this weekend as the Horton Farmers Market gets set to open for the 2022 season.
Saturday, May 7th at 8 a.m. will be market goers first chance to shop the over 36 vendors planned for the season.
Tara McCaulley, Manager of Business Development & Entrepreneurship at the St.Thomas Economic Development Corporation says some new vendors will make their debut at the market this year.
Something else new this season notes McCaulley is that breakfast will be available at the market each Saturday morning courtesy of the Ice Box.
With a number of organizations joining in on the fun this Saturday, McCaulley says it’s going to be a very exciting open day.
Live music also returns to the Horton Farmers Market in 2022, with week one featuring local artist Nick Ewanick.
McCaulley adds that supporting the market helps to keep our hard earned dollars local.
You can shop the Horton Farmers Market every Saturday morning in St. Thomas from 8 a.m. to noon until October 29th.
