A fatal head on collision in Bayham Tuesday, involving a motorcycle and motor vehicle, has the Elgin County OPP continuing to investigate.
At around 5:49 p.m., police, Bayham Fire and Oxford and Elgin County EMS responded to the collision on Heritage Line, where it was determined that the motorcycle travelling eastbound collided with a westbound vehicle.
The driver of the motorcycle was then ejected, suffering serious injuries before being pronounced dead on scene. The driver and passenger of the motor vehicle were transported to hospital for precautionary measures.
The investigation is continuing, and further updates including the identity of the deceased, will be provided when they become available.
