Prime Minister Justin Trudeau says Monday, September 19th will be a federal holiday to mourn Queen Elizabeth on the day of her state funeral in London. Trudeau says Monday will be a holiday for federal government employees.
Premier Doug Ford advised Monday will be a provincial Day of Mourning and not a provincial holiday.
Individuals may observe a moment of silence at 1 p.m.
