With a rash of property crimes over the past few weeks, OPP Acting Sgt. Ed Sanchuk is urging area residents to call the police right away if they see anything suspicious.
Leaving a wallet or purse in your vehicle unattended could lead to more than a loss of that item. Sanchuck adds that it could escalate to major purchases charged to a credit card
Sanchuk adds if you do spot something out of the ordinary, call the OPP non-emergency line at 1-888-310-1122. However, if it is a crime in progress, call 9-1-1.
